Skylar is a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern Washington University in 2025.

Her graduate training included diverse clinical experiences across early intervention, outpatient pediatric therapy, Parkinson’s voice therapy, inpatient rehabilitation in a dementia care unit, and school-based services. Skylar has a strong passion for working with children of all communication abilities and believes that building rapport is the foundation of effective therapy, creating a space of trust and comfort for her clients.

Her dedication to the field began in second grade when she was paired with a nonverbal reading buddy, sparking a lifelong passion for supporting communication development. Skylar is originally from Alaska. in her free time she enjoys hanging with friends and family, playing/watching sports, and listening to music!
